Cold and windy but they got us on the ship quickly and efficiently. We stayed in SF until 4:00 am due to bad weather in the Pacific Ocean.

We enjoyed all dining venues. Ate at Bottacelli for breakfast, excellent service. Crown Grill and Sabatinis excellent as always. Most dinners were at Michelangelo dining room. We had great food and even better service. Best bar service at Crooners!!! We loved Flora, Bruce, Margorie and Jonathan.

We enjoyed hot tubs as weather not that warm for pools, we enjoyed Sanctuary a couple times, did enjoy dancing options.

We had a deluxe balcony cabin on Caribe deck. Moore, our room steward, was one of the best we’ve EVER had on a cruise. Can’t say enough positive things about him. He made us feel comfortable and cared for for 16 days!

Appreciate all that is being done for make your voyage special. Service on the Crown was the BEST!!! This staff works SO HARD!!
We did a seven hour bus excursion to the waterfalls and a zoo. Next time I would rent a car and just drive to the waterfalls by myself —they were beautiful, but it took too long on this excursion and too many people on our excursion had mobility issues.
Fantastic cruise. Wow, leaving at 4 AM HI time.. we were on that ship on April 20th to 27th doing the seven night CA Coast. That was great.
The service on the Crown was phenomenal.
