Terrible food, and waited over 3 hours to get a pizza for room service. The scam you with the on board packages and excursions.

Food in every standard restaurant was significantly worse than a university or highschool cafeteria. Waited 3 hours for a pizza through room service, that showed up without any of the sides I requested and was not even cut

Our steward was admittedly fantastic. All other service was submitted par. I can tell the people work hard but are seriously lacking direction and leadership. We waited over 3 hours for a sandwich from room service, and this was the last straw for me, and is why I decided to submit this review. We called 3 times checking up on our order. The first, they said they couldn't find our order which I was looking at through the app, and had been over an hour at that point. By the time it arrives, all the food was cold, like it had sat our for over an hour.

Ship tip
Do not get any on board packages. they are a complete scam. Even if you drink excessive amounts of alcohol, you are still far better off paying for what you want than going with a package that costs you well over $100 a day.
I disagree with your ship tip! Try adding tips, a couple drinks, good coffee, two bottles of water, one soda and WiFi for one day! You won’t beat pricing. Much better pricing with a package. Been on cruises with four companies. No one offers a package at this price point. It’s not $100 either.
