Review summary

We decided to go on a cruise for our 25th anniversary. We chose the Crown Princess and this specific itinerary so we could experience the inside passage and Ketchikan, but both were cancelled in the days leading up to the cruise and we saw neither.

Appreciate your feedback. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Happy anniversary a bit late.

Princess lied to you as they knew well in advance that their propulsion system is broken. This cruise line does not put any money into preventative maintenance and this is the result. Princess and Carnival are the Walmart's of the cruise industry.
