Review summary

We will not cruise on Princess again. We were very disappointed with the food offered, as were other passengers we spoke with. Toiletries were cut back on. They mixed shampoo and conditioner in one bottle. Not good at all. We had to buy shampoo at our first stop. Princess cuts back on things they should not cut back on.

No good. They flagged my embarkation due to a multi-tool with a small knife blade in my luggage. Their gift shop sold a corkscrew with sa longer knife blade.

Not expecting Royalty, am okay with 3-4 star cuisine, although, I am a foodie. Will rate truthfully upon returning. But look at these Port ratings👍🥰 so excited to see the lands.

We had quite the opposite experience on the Crown Princess on our Spring 2018 Caribbean cruise. Getting ready to go on our 2nd Princess cruise (to Alaska) this summer. Looking forward to it. Princess isn't for everyone; each cruise line offers something different . . . hopefully, you'll find a line you'll love!

Wow! It’s sad that you had such a bad experience. Or maybe you might just be a snowflake that isn’t going to be happy with anything but you being the center of the ships attention. Or maybe you had a poor experience and decided to overreact to adversity?????? I hop that perhaps you can find serenity on silver sea or seaborne? Good luck to you guys. I really hope that you find peace .
