Cruise was overall very nice. Had a little trouble with the cleanliness of our room and how worn and dated some of the areas were on the ship but had a nice time. Hope they refurbish the Crown soon!

Food and Dining

Food was good in the dinning room and the buffet. Nothing exceptional but average.
Onboard Activities

We played a golf putting game and a bean bag toss. Wanted to play in a basketball tournament but it rained and the tournament was cancelled. Staff was very courteous and fun.

Front desk receptionist and cabin steward were very courteous. We had anytime dining so had different waiters. Some were very friendly and others not so much. We really enjoyed Kevin our cruise director, he was fantastic!
Ship Quality

Our room was not very clean. Hair in bathtub, rug not vacuumed and counters had spills that were not cleaned up. There were credit card receipts left in the drawer of the nightstand from the people on the last cruise. I complained to the front desk and the cabin steward seemed to do better. He was very polite and apologized. The ship has a lot of worn carpet in the buffet area and the stairs around the pool area were decaying at the edges and held water. Walls in the corridors were very worn and had a lot of scratches and dents. The Crown is an older ship but I hope they refurbish it soon.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was very nice but definitely not clean. At night we could hear a light deep engine vibrating noise. Thought it was the night club below us but it continued throughout the night. We did get used to it after the first 2 nights.
Ship tip
Nice ship but it is definitely in need of some updates.
Very dirty port and be prepared for the towns people to nag you to take one of their excursions. Can't hardly walk without them being in our face! We took the Carlisle Bay beach swim and scenic drive excursion. It was okay.
Turks and Caicos really disappointing. Looks gorgeous from the ship but
when you get off it is so overwhelming. Too many people on one beach.
Two ships were docked at the same time and the beach space horribly overcrowded. Very hard to get in the water. Coral everywhere and a drop off.
All the shops were pretty nice but again overcrowded. I couldn't believe how
small and flat the island is. My best port was Barbados. Take the cave tour. Awesome. St Kitts train ride was very nice. A lot of sugar cane!!!
