Review summary

We were cold almost the entire cruise but at least we were able to visit some of the places on our bucket list but need to return since we weren't there at a good time. Iceland is over-rated in our book, but we saw it, although there's not much to see.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We never have a problem with embarkation.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Not only did we think the entertainment was not up to par, but the software is so old on this ship that we had a limited choice of movies to watch.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and we seem to find really nice waiters for all of our cruises. We like the personal touches.

Ship tip

Unless you don't mind being on an older ship that is rough around the edges and doesn't have up-to-date software, then you may enjoy this ship. We decided that we'd rather go on another cruise line than board the Crown a second time.
