We loved the ship! We loved the cruise! So much history! All the ports were unique; beautiful! The excursions were tough decisions, since the variety offered was so wide. Will definitely do it again!
Embarkation

The walk from cruise terminal entrance to the ship was extensive. This cruise was blessed with many elderly folks and was difficult for many. Since we overnighted in Quebec City we were on and off several times.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We love this ship! We’ve traveled on her several times and the crew is always superb! We were regular dining: 7:45PM. Our waiters, Moses & Nares, were 2 of the best waiters we’ve ever had, and I’ve been on about 25 cruises. We went to Sabatini’s once and the Crown Grill once. Both dinners were great and the staff very accommodating. The food in the regular dining room was delicious!
Onboard Activities

We are casino lovers, and we did visit the casino often. The payouts were ok. We play video poker, and the bank of machines on the non-smoking side never paid a royal flush during our 19 day back-to-back voyage. We didn’t use the pools or hot tubs. The gym was very clean and nice.
Entertainment

The live stage shows were entertaining. The comedian was very funny.

Service and Staff

We had perfect service! The best wait staff ever in the dining room! Our room steward was very accommodating. The staff at the front desk was always helpful. We use rom service for breakfast. We always had the same guy & he was most efficient! Always timely! Always perfectly filled menu!

We love the ship! From the bridge to Skywalker’s & everything in between. This ship has a comfortable floor plan.
Cabin / Stateroom

We’ve stayed in Princess mini-suites many times. They are very comfortable. Space for everything! Great closet space! Great drawer & shelving space! A tub! A dressing table/desk and chair! A sofa, chair & coffee table! And a very spacious balcony!
Ship tip
She is due for her dry dock makeover in March 2018, so there is a little rust on the balconies & a little stain on the common area furniture. Ignore it! She’s still comfortable! Keep in mind how your home would look in water 24/7 with vacationers 24/7.
Absolutely the nicest, most welcoming town reception we’ve ever had! Were in local 1900 costumes welcoming us as we disembarked. Had hot chocolate & s’mores waiting to warm us up before embarkation
Beautiful city! Drinks & appetizers at the new Hilton were great! The Navy tour was a little long. The ships were the main thing to see & they didn’t allow pictures, although we passed right by them on our ship on the way in. The 70 minutes to see the MacArthur museum was a little generous. 30 min would have been plenty of time.
We just did 22-days aboard her and loved it. Scandinavia, Iceland, and TA. See you have Iceland in your future bookings. If you plan on ship excursions, book early for Iceland and Lerwick, as they sell out quickly. Enjoy!
