Review summary
The Crown Princess is beautiful however compared to the same class of ship with Holland America or Royal Caribbean it seemed more difficult to find your way around. We were constantly going in the wrong direction. We were required to have our bags packed and outside the cabin at 6 pm on the last night of the cruise instead of the usual midnight requirement. Many things seemed to be scheduled for the convenience of the cruise line instead of the passengers. We were told by the 800 number before we left that we could book a New York tour on board for the day we returned. When we got onboard we were told Princess couldn't be bothered with a New York tour since they had to unload and load 3,000+ passengers. We had scheduled a late flight anticipating going on a NY tour and requested assistance with storing our luggage in NY until our flight left. After waiting 3 days for a response to our request, they refused to assist us.Ports of call
