Review summary

I've never cruised before so I can't compare to another ship. It was a beautiful ship, friendly staff, great service. There were four of us sharing a stateroom/suite and a cot was brought in for the 4th person. It was OK but a little crowded. We folded the cot up during the day. Glad we had the balcony.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The buffet had a food theme each day - very nice. Any time dining worked well.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Location was near the aft of the ship and close to the elevators although we did use stairs a lot.

Ports of call

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
Very nice island and would liked to have seen more but didn't have time. We we to Megan's Bay - beautiful beach.

Grand Turk Island

3 out of 5
Liked the fact that we didn't have to spend money on taxifare. Rocky in the water - beach OK

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

3 out of 5
didn't care that much for St. Maarten; not a lot of time to explore after taking the taxi to Orient Beach - too crowded there. Downtown was OK

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

3 out of 5
not a lot to do unless you paid money for excusions

Pros: the convenience of everything

Cons: promotions that in the end required money.
