Really be careful on what you’re booking in advance because they’ll still try to upsell you and charge you for extra stuff later down the line there’s a hotels service charge every single day and room service is really bad. Bring your own water if you can because they charge really expensive for water on board and they do not offer any free water

I was told that we could arrive later and when I got to Rommy at the airport I got a call saying I was late even though I was stuck in customs and still waiting on my taxi. They were upset that I was late because they had no knowledge of this because everyone on the ship is in miscommunication or no communication with each other.

There’s a very small hand for people that were actually want above and beyond as they should on a cruise, but most of them were awful and not helpful and told you misinformation that was also miscommunicated or no communication for specific things like short excursion and service menus register or credit card, etc. I literally had someone throw money at me because she was mad at woke her up from Her sleep after her very late shift her job and get my money cashed out from the casino

The design is interesting. The layout is horrible and really confusing and it’s really easy to get lost or end up where something ends and one thing begins or it ends and you have to start all the way over and you get really lost really fast.

There are stains all over the carpet and stains on our deck, broken pieces of the balcony all over the place and everything was really dirty and even housekeeping didn’t even make it cleaner by cleaning
Ship tip
Be careful booking short excursions, and don’t book before if you’re not entirely sure on what they include or if the transfers included the money you lose on it is not refundable and the money you save is about as much as you would lose anyway so it’s best to just wait until you’re on board to book short excursions with this one because they will not refund you for any reason we missed a total of three short excursions because of a miscommunication or because not having a transfer to the shore excursion, etc.
We were left on this on our own with no trans. The transfer from the shuttle bus just took us into a bus station with no clue on where to go into town and took 45 minutes to get a taxi to our short excursion that we missed out on and still hunt to pay for, and they would not refund us.
It was awful. I was told that we would have a transfer and to be reassured. We would just have to take our own luggage which we already did on embarkation so it wasn’t a big deal because nobody helped us with our luggage on the beginning. Why would they help us on the end but when we got to the bus for the transfer they told us that we did not have this booked that we could not get on the bus etc. I had to call Customer Service while they had them there because they said that they had no one to reach out to etc. they finally let us on the bus 30 minutes later after finding out what I was saying was accurate and true true
