The interior of the ship made me seasick, food service made me home sick. The week onboard this ship was a disaster!

Costa is not a low-price cruiseline- it is a CHEAP one

A great way to see several countries without having to make all the arrangements for travel and room/board. staff was wonderful.

This was our first and last time to sail with Costa.

Parts of the ship were nice, but almost all upholstery was stained. We had to call to ask for additional towels and write a note to get them, we didn't get them everyday. We only got towels for going on shore 1 time out of 4 ports. The room service menu had 12 items and they would not send anything else. You could not order breakfast in your room unless you wanted only cereal. They did not serve Lobster.

Ship is beautiful and easy to get around. Dinning room staff was terrible!!!. Got ignored constantly and did not seem to care. This is what happens when gratutites are manditory and added to on board account. I complained and it did not seem to matter. Our room steward was great as was our butler. Food is definitely not up to par for the price paid. Puerto Rico was filty and dirty. Never will go there again. Dominican Republic could be skipped too, with the conflict with Haiti, did not even get of the ship for that port. St Thomas and Grand Turks were great, but too little time in port. This cruise spent 2 days at sea, which was a waste!!!!!!!

Clean and well maintainced. Profecial staff, always with a smile.

The ship was pretty big. The staterooms were clean. The decor on the walls where the staterooms were was pretty scary.

Best ship so far (this is my third cruise) in terms of food, service, decor, and onboard activities.

It sure looked as nice as our other 6 cruise ships but it all went downhill from there!!

Upon entering the ship you could not help but be impressed, it really is a beautiful ship. from the clear elevators to the masquerade paintings, it is very beautifully decorated.

I WISH I COULD WRITE A REVIEW. SKYBUS AIRLINE MADE US MISS OUR CRUISE. SO WE DIDN'T GET TO TAKE THE TRIP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRAVELING BY SKYBUS AIRLINE. WE WERE LOOKING FOWARD TO TAKING TRIP. BECAUSE OF SKYBUS WE MISSED IT.

The Europeans on board the ship were pushy, rude, & physically abusive. They would push there way into the front of the line.

We recommend the Costa Mediterraneen cruise for family because the are offering good quality price for children ...you can not get best for the same price with Royal Carribeaan for exemple. There is 3 nice pools...a wonderfull gym if you like to training..it is better than a 5* with royal carribean.....nice sauna...amasing showers at the gym...the food is Ok...as i said for a 4* the price is good...the room give a lot of space for cloting...and the service was very good .... the staff treat the person with a lot of respect...again it is better than the staff on a Royal Carribean ship...were sometime I felt insecuried with the staff...so Costa is a very good company...and we will travel with them again for sure.

The ship was beautifully decorated and over all a nice cruise. Dining room food had no presentation and was disappointing every night. My husband and I kept hoping it would get better but it didn't. This was the ONLY disappointing thing on this cruise. The staff was excellent and the service commendable.

The price of this cruise was better than most for a balcony during a school vacation. The ship was very clean, and the staff was delightful. Our room was great with more than usual storage for clothing. Each day during lunch the buffet offered an international section featuring foods from a specific country. (Greek, Chinese, British, Mexican). My husband truly enjoyed this. I found the evening dining room choices difficult because they featured less standard fare which I prefer. However, othersat my table thought the food choices were fabulous. We found it difficult to navigate around the ship due to a more chopped up layout of public areas. Discovered some areas late in the week. We recommend that you do a serious tour early in the week. There was a high percentage of European passengers, so English was not as prevalent. Deck chairs were a cinch to get at any time of day! (The typical age was over 50) Nightly shows (we attended 3) were very good.

Decor was superb, fun, lively, imaginative, quite beautiful and completely un-anticipated. The service was excellent, we loved our waiters and cabin steward,the crew was invariably helpful, friendly, polite.
