Review summary

Nasty food, uncomfortable beds, rude out of line staff, and I could go on forever. Basically this ship is to rip people off and get everyone's money, if you go on this cruise, expect nothing more than the worst. The only good thing was the places we went. That's it.

AWFUL. Powdered eggs, rubber pizza (surprised by it being and Italian cruise line with the worst pizza imaginable?), flavorless chewy meat and that's just the beginning. I can't believe how bad the food was.

At least they tried (maybe) to have decent activities and entertainment.

Dreadful. Flirty and rude all the time. If they weren't flirting with me, they were being SO rude. I didn't see anything about "going above and beyond" the staff was just a mess.

Crazy uncomfortable. Just awful to sleep on. The king size bed is two twins pushed together. Size was small but it is o be expected on a ship. there are NO amenities except someone making your bed and bringing you towels. I have no idea why this is even an option to discuss. Condition was fine and so was the decor. But they have to get better beds. Location was fine also

Nothing expect shopping. And they are going to charge you 6 euros for a huttle bus to take you into the actual city which is crap. That should be included since that is what you have to do to get there
