An interesting trip with lots of sea days to relax onboard.

Small ship which is what we love, and a great friendly staff. Great shows and good food, and a trip of a lifetime. What more could we ask.

Did not like this ship and will avoid it in the future

The smallest of the Princess line with only 2,000 passengers. Overall we enjoyed both segments of our Antarctica voyage! If Antarctica is on your ‘bucket list’, this is the way to do it; with NO regrets! Enjoy!

Great experience and enjoyed the ports of call. Entertainment was focused to an older crowd, so we will not choose Princess again until we get to an age where we are not looking for nightlife on board the ship.

My son and I throughly enjoyed our cruise. We met some fun bar service people and was impressed with them, very friendly and out going. Our room attendant was also friendly and took very good care of us. Overall not many concerns. Coral Princess is getting old and she could use a little TLC.

Overall loved the cruise and stop in SF. Will go back again to do things we missed. Loved city but don't know how anyone can afford to live there.

All in all a great cruise. We traveled with 3 other couples and totally enjoyed the cruise from start to finish. We liked the wi-fi service(we had 250 mins). It was actually very fast. I might consider buying the entire cruise pkg but it is still a little expensive. One thing: Re the onboard Concierege wi-fi. It's a great idea to be able to contact fellow travelers but can you add some kind of Notification Tone?? As it is now you can send a message to a friend but unless they are on line and actually looking at their phone they won't know they are being called. That would be a tremendous improvement. BTW This was cruise #40 for us going back to 1979. #9 on Princess. We have booked a 29 day cruise from Australia on Golden Princess Apr 8, 2020 We also would like to commend cruise director Fernando. He was very personable and funny.

Best Part: The people of Central America. Far better than commonly portrayed in the U.S., they were clean, neat, intelligent, with obvious pride in their countries and heritage. Not a speck of trash ANYWHERE ashore. Low Point: Very poor food and crowded cabin/interior common areas.

Overall good ship and crew. Panama canal transit was awesome. Would definitely do this cruise again.

A great cruise for someone who loves sea days (like me). I wouldn't hesitate to take this cruise again, but I would try going later in the year (Dec or Jan), in hopes that it would be cooler. The heat, and especially the humidity, was awful.

Overall, good cruise, if you take advantage of the activities. Be prepared for difficult to tolerate weather - hot and humid - all year round.

A nice getaway and having one port makes it a bit more interesting than a repositioning cruise. If you are interested in seeing if cruising is for you this is a nice itinerary to try.

Overall very good,apart from the one critism regarding the bed linen. The crew were excellent, helpful and friendl.from the Reception staff, waiters, and cooks and medical staff. Well done to you all. x

Overall the itinerary of this cruise is fine and the NATURAL BEAUTY of the scenery is GREAT even though we had several rainy days. The ship itself on the outside looks good and the public spaces are less run-down. I WANT TO EMPHASIZE THAT THIS REVIEW IS TARGETED TO OUR EXPERIENCE AS A SUITE GUEST. In no way shape or form should anyone consider this a review of the natural beauty of Alaska - all of that is GREAT and we highly recommend everyone make this a destination a goal. This wasn't our first trip, and this wasn't our first encounter with Alaska. We know how it should be done, and we were very excited to try it from the viewpoint of a more deluxe suite room. The main problem this review is targeting is the fact that we had a lot of problems with the (more expensive) room, and yet Princess did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. We specifically got the suite because we really wanted to experience the absolute best that Princess could offer - but we were very disappointed. It wasn't the fact that the suite was in very poor condition: broken decking on balcony, dirty moldy cushions on outside chairs, shower not working, hair dryer not working (had to use spa shower facilities) and so on. That's one thing. The worst part was the Princess didn't care to take care of anything - after talking to room steward, calling front desk on ship, going to front desk on ship... the response was always "Oh we'll send someone up right away to take care of that"... Except nobody ever showed up. We saw maintenance crews in the hallway for sure - but our room never got fixed. I even tried calling Princess from Skagway, and all they said was to talk to the front desk on the ship. The real punch line is when got back and contacted Princess customer relations: they tell us it'll be a 10 week wait for any response. Edit: Got a call from Princess today saying that the NEW Timeline for a response from Customer Relations is now 10 to 16 weeks. I did want to try and contact Princess before posting this review, but I've given up. That's how much Princess cares about their passenger experience. We didn't come back "new"...We came back "disgusted".

Buffet needs more variety Vegan choices would be helpful and a better selection of vegetarian foods

Not sure how long it has been since this ship has been refurbished, but it seemed a bit “tired”. That said, this shouldn’t discourage anyone from taking this cruise. The ship has so much to offer and the service is amazing!
