Review summary
We were especially thrilled with the customer service and attentive staff, from the dinner waitstaff to the cabin steward. We had traditional dining with a delightful table for 8, and the food was consistently good. Lots of choices, and even if you didn't want something on the menu, they fixed up a dish for you.
The cabin was very clean, but our cabin was in need of a refresher. The couch was pretty old, and the bathroom, while clean, needed some work on the grout. This didn't detract from our great experience, but it just looked a little tired.
The itinerary was nice. We enjoyed the days at sea on our way to Aruba. The stop in Aruba was too short, however. The stops in Cartagena and Costa Rica had many touring options, and we enjoyed them immensely. The tour we booked in Panama was not so great, in fact, I would say, pretty bad. I think it was due to our guide, not a fault of the cruise line.
The end of cruise ez check program made our disembarkation stressfree. Our bags were checked all the way to our destination, so we didn't have to go searching for them in the terminal, or transport them ourselves to the airport. It was well worth the additional cost.
All in all, we had a lovely time, and came home refreshed.
