This was an amazing cruise! The main attraction, of course, was the Panama Canal. And it was a bonus to have stops in Aruba, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Jamaica.

We are a vegan and a vegetarian. I was disappointed in the choices in the Horizon buffet. We certainly had sufficient food to eat, but I would like to have seen cooked greens, beans, sweet potatoes. I know this is not an issue for most people and realize the situation may never change. The dining room staff was very accommodating in trying to meet our needs. When I requested some type of greens, they did cook some spinach. So I'm not sure why I didn't see any in the buffet. I brought my own boxed almond milk and kept it in the cabin fridge. I took it to breakfast in the mornings for my cereal.

Excellent shows and performers! The only one I didn't like was the ventriloquist. He was certainly good at his craft, but his presentation left a lot to be desired.

We booked very last minute and could not choose our cabin. We were placed on level 12 which I had read was not an ideal location. However, we had no problems. It was an easy walk to the Horizon Court for breakfast and to the pool and we got lots of exercise walking downstairs for dinner and other activities. When we felt like it, we walked upstairs also.
Ship tip
Our favorite area is the Lotus pool. It is quieter and less crowded than the outdoor pool area.
We walked off the ship, down the sidewalk about 20 minutes through town and settled on a beach area right off the main street. We were the only ones there and we saw parrots and lizards. It was great!
