Review summary
A bucket list must. Wonderful cruise. Some things we didn't like however and some we liked. The food was excellent, the staff were well trained and our room attendant was the best. Thank them all. What we didn't like was the long lines in the anytime dining room. That needs to be managed better. I would suggest you give people a range of time for coming to the dining room. That way you could break it up into a few ranges. You don't have to enforce it, but it does make people think before they go down for dinner. And maybe, as I thought, you didn't have sufficient help in the dining room. A few times we felt rushed and not attended to in a timely manner.
The big screen on the Lido deck does not work well in the sun. Their must be some kind of shield that could be retrofitted over the screen to allow for better viewing.
I was a little taken back that the attendants at the buffet dining did not insist that you use the antiseptic. I saw a number of people come thru without taking it.
The ports of call are too short. Maybe you could cruise a little faster on the first 2.5 days and give us more time in port. And you could skip that port in Costa Rica. The town is not worth getting off the ship. Maybe another island instead.
Very well done on embarkation and debarkation.
We'll come again.
