The highlite of trip was visit to rain forest and ride in the canapy. Bus ride to get there was very long and boring.

The canal was a wonder of engineering- throughly enjoyed going through locks. Train ride was too long and boring and little to see on Pacific side. Should have stayed on board. The re boarding process was horrible-only one line open, blaring music, overly agressive shop keepers.
