Review summary

Aside from the bar service backlog and terrible first room, we enjoyed the ship and staff. The shows and entertainment were great. Fun nights in casino and lazy days poolside.

Main dining was ok but felt Royal C was better. Bar service was tough with only 2 bartenders struggling to make all the mixed drinks requested. long waits. Marco was great. Enjoyed the buffet and other included food options.

Fitness center was adequate. Did not do any onboard activities.

Great shows and entertainers. Really enjoyed this. Deal or no Deal fun too.

older ship. our window had some interior rust. Common areas clean and updated.

Cabin / Stateroom

Bathroom smelled like septic. Room otherwise was clean and roomy enough. The gym was over our heads and we couldnt sleep due to weights constantly being dropped on floor. We had little sleep first 24 hours. We had to ask for a new room and fortunately got one. Upset this room was allowed to be booked.

Ship tip

go to the lounges to get drinks and go back to busier areas after. Lot of walking but at least fast service. Again, not bartenders fault , they needed more help. Did not experience this much on other cruises.

No sleep for the first 24 hours? Did they try to sleep during the day and get up at 22:00 until about 07:00 (the times that the fitness usually is closed).
