Review summary

First time on a Celebrity Cruise but found Summit was rather worn. I know I won't book another cruise on this ship but will give another ship a try.

Embarkation

We tried to do the mustard before we boarded and watched the video 10+x's and it then errored so we went to the area to watch the video yet agin.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Good Food but so very crowded anytime we went. People pushing ahead even though we had reservations. They never said to those who felt entitled that they'd have to wait just like the rest of us.

Onboard Activities

Pool chairs never available even though it states if you are gone from your chair your items will be removed. That never happened.

Service and Staff

Staff was fantastic.

pretty rusty and needing an overhaul.

Shower didn't drain and would flood out bathroom

Stay on a floor higher then 7.
