Review summary

Accounting is atrocious, still struggling to reconcile a charge on my credit card whereas it should have been a debit, despite the fact on the last day I initiated reconciliation of my account after 3 am for uninterrupted disembarkation and was given (repeatedly) requested print out showing Debit which again I received via email the day after arrival @ home.

Flooded shower throughout trip, addressed after several complaints but never fixed. Toilet backed up, took repeated efforts to get plumber. When fixed, water supply was off. Another effort to have it turned on. Was told this is not home as if this were the norm in cruising.

Personally and first time with this line, I would say average vs my experience from multiple other cruise lines

Bermuda being in the hurricane belt, there was a degree of unpreparedness as a multitude of passengers and myself were drenched to the bone due to the undue delay in gaining access to the port building was was vacant.

I agree. I have been on the summit twice, and I always put my Venture card on my stateroom, no matter what cruise ship I'm on. I do that because if there is a problem, after I return home, I just dispute it with my card company. Having been on many many cruises I have learned that talking to anyone at guest services is like talking to a freggin wall. If you dispute through your C.C. Company 99% of the time the charge will be completely removed. Never use a debit card on board. Just a tip from a professional cruiser.
