I would take this cruise annually, hands down! The ship is one of the best I've sailed on and Bermuda is my favorite island on this side of the world.

We arrived early and embarkation was a breeze. Additionally, we had completed the check-in process before arriving so it was a breeze going through to the ship.

Food and Dining

The food in the Oceanview Cafe was very good and our main dining experience was exceptional. Our wait staff was attentive, the food was very good and nobody left hungry. The best drinks on the ship were made in the Martini Bar on Deck 4.
Onboard Activities

The sea days were somewhat rough so we kept our activities localized to the Solarium and sitting in the hot tubs or the pool. Some enjoyed the spa and they said the Persian Garden was absolutely wonderful.
Entertainment

The guest entertainers won the battle for preference on this cruise. The best was a musical group called Billy and the Downliners. They rocked the house. The comedians were good as well as the Celebrity singers and dancers. The volume could be turned down a tad but overall, the entertainer was worth seeing.
Service and Staff

Our dining room attendants were Jayson, Moises and Conrado and they made our nightly dining experience very enjoyable. They were attentive and quick and their pleasant dispositions made us feel very welcomed. A good room steward is one who takes care of you without being intrusive and ours, Kate, was exceptional. Specifically speaking, the customer service on the Celebrity Summit is exceptional, which is why I have booked this cruise three years in a row.
Ship Quality

Overall, this ship is wonderful. The new renovations are bright, clean and modern. It is a comfortable ship, easy to get around and not too big.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin seemed smaller than last year but having an almost floor to ceiling window made up for the size. We liked having a shower door instead of a shower curtain and the bedding was very comfortable.
A drawback was there was no small table in our cabins so if you ordered room service, there was no place to set your tray other than the bed or chair. The safes in the room were smaller than I remember but there is ample storage for clothes. The closet was short so my wife's long dress had to be folded at the bottom in order to fit the closet.
In spite of the few drawbacks, I would book the same cabin in a heartbeat.
Ship tip
Be prepared to have the ship grow on you. I would and will sail on her again and again.
Bermuda is beautiful, inviting and safe. The people are friendly, the island is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. The beaches are great, golf is excellent (especially Turtle Hill at the Fairmont Southhampton) and it has history galore. It is my favorite cruise destination by far.
This was one thing about the cruise I was disappointed in due to a lack of initial crowd control. We chose to disembark with the early carry your own bags off group. We went to the deck four area early to get a seat and wait. As time passed people,wanting to be first and ignoring the folks who had arrived early, crowded around the doors to the deck where you had to depart. People were filling the hallway and it became a situation conducive to tempers flaring. Thankfully, some Celebrity staff came and helped monitor the rush to get off the ship. It simply could have been a bit more orderly, but Celebrity can't control everyone's attitudes.
