Review summary
You would think that a cruise ship as prestigious as celebrity cruises, would had everything working in a tiptop condition. However that was not my experience on this cruise. My wife and I took our 15-month-old son on this cruise, and experienced excessive aggravation in trying to get a safe highchair at our table.
For the first three days, every time we request the highchair the steward would bring us one with a broken clip. I don't know about you, but my 15 month old loves to try and stand up henceforth why it is so important to be a will to buckle him in. On more than one occasion, we told the steward we need a different highchair because the clip is broken on this one; only to have them return with a different highchair with the clip broken on that one, and would take them 2 to 3 times to find a highchair with a buckle was functioning properly.
The second day in the cruise while getting on one of the elevators the door shut as I was entering on me and chipped the crystal on my watch. I filed the report and will see how much fun it is for them to replace or repair my watch.
Not to say that it was all bad, there were a few highlights in service. Our evening dining waiter Carmelo, was literally the best waiter that has ever waited on me. I have been on over 12 cruises before, and Carmelo was the best!
Our state room Porter, Jesse was also very caring and intuitive to our needs. Had it not been for these two people, I probably would've gotten off the ship in Boston and just went home before going to Bermuda for four days. Literally Carmelo and Jesse have made up for most of the egregious aggravation I endured from the rest of these incidences.

Ship tip
Snorkel Park in Bermuda may be the only paid beach on the island, but is close, has a shuttle train that goes to it, and is VERY family friendly. Diamonds International is the only place that has reliable FREE wifi.
