Review summary

We arrived a little late to board. Check in was great (no body there) however, when we got to the ship the photo people were gone, no one to greet us at the entrance and no champagne. We just went to our room. First thing you do on a cruise is to check the water...pressure and hot. We had neither. I informed customer relations not once but three times. NO hot water for 5 nights (tepid at best) and pressure not really. First breakfast in dinning room  no coffee till more than half way thru. Did not go back till last day and guess what coffee was late and never got a second. Dinners were ok but waiters (Norman) never learned our names and again...the coffee for the desert came when we were almost done. He (anthony) did get it on the 5th night. Selections were ok I did enjoy the rack of Lamb. The Cosmopolitan (buffet style)  was ok as well. All in all  Bermuda Island was great but the Summit can't compare to Royal. Sorry

Jesse, was good. He cleaned and made up bed always on time. Clean. Remember to leave towels on floor and glasses out of holders. Still he needed to address our water problem better. He did tell CR and we did 3 times but to no avail.

Ship tip

Ship was clean. We spent most of our time aft on deck 11. great there. no one was there most of the time. POOL was too crowded but we enjoyed the the calm.
