People who took care of the room were vg. Always had essentials available. However, there is mold around the shower door on the floor and also near the bottom of the shower stall.

I would not rate the food very good. Some meals were excellent others not so well.

The entertainment so-so.

Method of boarding was very good, like the idea  that boarding hours are by floors. Our last Celebrity was on the Solstice, that was excellent.

Why do you have "poor experience not recommended", why have the survey if you don't want an honest answer.

Probably the last time I will book thru Orbits, Price Line gives much more freebies.

Don't book this room unless you tell the person that it is next to and under the food processing area. All night you would hear banging and all sorts of noise. After bringing this to the guest service people we are supposed to get a $100.00 refund. Still waiting for the on board bill, it's been six days.
