Review summary

Our Family Cruise experience was both fun and relaxing. There was a little rough start but your family made my family comfortable and every effort was made to accommodate your customers. The ship got in late because of weather from the returning cruise and we were held up but every effort was made to move things along smoothly, just like the ship we sailed on to Bermuda the coming week. It would have been nice to get an e-mail update before we left in the morning, since we do seem to get pleanty of push for additional trips. Overall very enjoyable.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was not quite up to the quality I had been used to in the past. I have always raved about Celebrity's food, which traveling on many other lines, thought was the best and it was good, just not totally up to par. The Normandy was top shelf which shown me it can be done by your line and staff.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our room staff, BOTH gentlemen were absoluately the tops. They were always attentive but not overbearing. We all were extactic with our room attendants. Polite, kind, warm, Friendly, helpful and always on the move. And they seems happy to be working at their jobs.

Ports of call

King's Wharf, Bermuda

3 out of 5
Really like the shoppes in King Wharf. Nice dock, Rented scooters, Pleasant walk about for just sitting, observing and catching various modes of transportation, some of us took the ferry.
Don't Miss: The Wharf's shops.

Pros: Overall Satisfaction and Comfort

Cons: A bit of draged out Dinning Experience
