Review summary
Celebrity officials were NO where to be found during the self debarkation process. No direction nor guidance provided when leaving the ship. No celebrity official were even visible in an area holding at least 150 guests. No official manning elevators to help direct the flow of guests to deck one to leave ship. Waited 1/2 hour on line just to board an elevator to get off ship. Elevators were being abused by other guests by passing the designated gathering places and filling the elevators on other floors not allowing the guest that waited in the correct area to get on the elevator. Some guests even rode the elevators from floor 2 to floor 11 just hoping to get down to one. Celebrity tossed aside the departing guest like used trash because they were not going to be making any money on them since they were departing the ship. My elderly mom was so stressed by the end of the debarkation process that she had to sit and rest before she could walk to the car.Ship experiences
