Great first cruise

Sail Date: April 25, 2010

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Our first cruise for our 25th anniversary. Quite nice if this is your type of vacation. Being on a ship in real bad seas is not easy! We saw everything from 20-30 foot waves during the storm, nights of heavy fog with the horn sounding off all night, and a full moon over Bermuda, Mother nature treated us to one fantastic show!

Pros: The ship staff and entertainment were top notch!

Cons: Food was not the best!!! Bad weather limited fun activities on board. We had NO HOT WATER to shower 2 days out of 7, we still don't know why?

Recommends Celebrity Summit? Yes!

Food and Dining
Dinners lacked excellant quality, but were good. We looked forward to Lobster, but it wasen't that good. Bring ketchup, it's hard to find when you want it! Look for Marious as your head server, he knows the food quality and tells you what's bad or good! That helped a lot!!!
Service and Staff
Very nice, they are from all over the globe, and very careing.
Fantastic broadway type shows, stand up and magic show was high school level!
Ship Quality
Very clean, Room with balcony was great! Fun watching 20 foot waves hitting the ship from all angles!
Cabin / Stateroom
Couldn't expect better
King's Wharf, Bermuda
Nice beach close to the ship!
Don't Miss: It was all good
