Review summary

it was nice but we expected more from the solstice, better food, better menus and a much better buffet. we had defrosted cold cuts and cakes.

We also thought the food was very very average - for the price we expected much much better. Our next cruise was on Pacific Jewel which was positively ancient in comparison, and a quarter of the price BUT it left the Solstice for dead for food quality and service.

You must be very hard to please. Any Celebrity ships we’ve been on all had delicious food. Celebrity is one of the best cruise lines.

There were a lot more to eat at the buffet than just cold cuts. We found the breakfast at the buffet AMAZING! So many options!

What a truly amazing ship. From the smooth embarkation to the cabin, food and service it was all top notch. We had balcony cabin 9131 it was closer to the front of the ship but was great. Loved having an actual shower screen instead of shower curtain
