Review summary

Loved our cruise on the Celebrity Solstice. Fantastic food, staff, cabins, bars, activities etc. Ports of call were all amazing and we had absolutely fantastic weather, everywhere we went. 😊

Embarkation

Our embarkation went very smoothly. no problems, at all. Even though we were late due to the ship going through a thorough sanitation programme due to an outbreak of Novavirus on the previous cruise it was not a drama. 😊

Our main dining was wonderful, as were the staff. Wonderful food! The buffet was outstanding. If anyone went hungry or could not find food that appealed to them, then they are very hard to please. 😊😊

We found the onboard entertainment very mediocre. Need a great deal of improvement.

Found all waiters etc to be very attentive. 😊 Our room steward, Keneau, was very, very good. Very friendly and Keneau went out of his way to provide everything that was needed. Would highly recommend Keneau, and we wish him well. 😊😊

Our cabin was very comfortable and well layed out. Very comfortable bed and cabin was very clean. Always had very hot showers.

Ship tip

Just enjoy yourself! We had a drinks package (a necessity as drinks can be very expensive). We were lucky enough to have our drinks package, internet and tips included in our fare. 😜😜
