Recently, the travel sector has encountered a variety of issues, and we have received an excessive volume of phone inquiries in recent months. We apologize for the delay in our email response time and that we were unable to react to you as quickly as possible. We deeply regret the difficulties you have encountered acquiring the necessary information regarding visas for Vietnam. With regard to the itinerary for your cruise on the Celebrity Solstice sailing on February 20, 2024, the resources we have currently state that the port of HANOI (HALONG BAY), VIETNAM does not require a visa for in-transit cruise guests who want to go ashore on tours or individually.

2 of 2Please keep in mind that, as documentation requirements are continually changing, this may not be the case 12 months from now.Although we can advise U.S and Canadian citizens of visa requirements, it is always best to contact the embassy directly for confirmation. The phone number for the Vietnam Embassy is 613-236-0772 and 613-882-6699., or you can visit their website at {https://vietnamembassy.ca.We kindly ask that you contact them should you have further inquiries or wish to apply for a visa.Sincerely,Rodolfo Z.
