Review summary

It was a great cruise overall and we met several nice people aboard the ship. I purchased a new ring for my 50th anniversary and was happy to buy it aboard the ship with some experienced salesman. We enjoyed the food, our cabin, and the way the staff treated us. Our waiter was friendly and our cabin steward went out of his way to assist us. We booked another cruise while onboard and are looking forward to it in 2025.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The specialty restaurant we went to was the Tuscan Grill and it was very good, but it is expensive to add to your tab. Buffets were good, but didn't like eating at 8:30pm in the dining room. We had asked BJ's to try and move us, but they couldn't, and we asked Celebrity dining to move us, and they were also unable to do so.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
shuffleboard, game shows, listening to music around the ship, and pool.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Top rate shows in the theater. Loved them all.

Children's Programs

no children with us

Service and Staff

Excellent service in dining room from our waiter and our room steward was very attentive.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was kept very clean and well maintained. The only thing we didn't like was that our room was on the opposite end from dining. It did give us exercise with all the walking though.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin could be larger, but it was comfortable, and for the first time, we had a veranda, and we loved sitting out there. Our cabin was kept clean by our steward.

Ship tip

I saw more senior citizens on this ship, which didn't bother me, since my husband and I fit into that category.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida Did not visit port

Parked car and took shuttle right to ship.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Saw both sides of the island with a tour booked through BJ's Travel.

Castries, St. Lucia

I wasn't as impressed with this island, but enjoyed our tour guide and still had a good time. We took a tour with BJ's travel.

Scarborough, Tobago

The port itself was not impressive. A lot of people we talked to got off the ship and returned after seeing all the people that tried to get you to go in their vehicles to take a tour. We used one of the ship's recommended vehicles and guides and it worked well. BJ's did not have a tour

St. George's, Grenada

5 out of 5
We loved the tour we took with BJ's Travel. The guide took us all around the island and showed us where a lot of the spices were grown. We were able to purchase them too.

St. John's, Antigua

5 out of 5
This was my favorite port. We did the BJ's Travel Beach Day and the beach was one of the nicest I've been to. Lunch was included, along with a beach chair and umbrella. Loved it!

Disembarkation

We got off the ship in a timely manner and took our luggage with us.
