Review summary

Very nice trip. COVID restrictions are just being lifted so it felt SO good too be out and doing normal things. We are so glad we decided to go.

Very good experience. Showed COVID docs and tests and basically walked onto the ship.

Speciality restaurants were definitely better than main dining room. Pleasant surprise was the Oceanview Cafe' which actually had delicious fresh food in many flavors. We actually skipped the dining room to go there and were super glad we did.

There always seemed to be live music going SOMEWHERE and something for every taste.

I missed being able to walk on a Promenade deck that goes all around the ship. The one on Silhouette does not because of the ship design.

Get ready to guard your personal space. Tone of peddlers and beggars in the Old Town area. They are pushy and obnoxious. Couldn't even hear the tour guide because they were in our face.

As a runner, I agree that the track is frustrating on Silhouette. Next time, try the Edge or one of her sister ships. Great track loop, even includes elevation change for a better work out.
