The food and cocktails and service don’t disappoint

Embarkation

We got the the terminal about 45 minutes before the earliest opening time, which had us checked in very quickly once it opened. The terminal is big and airy, even with a ton of people it did not feel stuffy

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The mixology cocktail bar was incredible. It was only open after 5pm, but wow it was worth the wait each day. The bartenders are competition bartenders and if you sit with them for drinks they are more than willing to go off menu and make something experimental for you. So good. Highly highly recommend. The food in the dinning room was amazing, and the hot dog/burger stand by the pool deck was a very enjoyable lunch.

Onboard Activities

Trivia, bingo, dance lessons, live music lounges, it was lots of fun everywhere.

Service and Staff

The staff everywhere was awesome, but huge shout out to our dinning room staff, they were amazing. We were a group of 7 of us on Open Dinning and after the first night we requested our same table/wait staff for each following night and it was accommodated no problem. Lovely people, very cheerful and kind. They even without us requesting it took the extra care to cut my brothers food for him at the table (he is disabled) so my mom or I did not need to. They remembered our favourite drinks and food preferences, even putting extra shrimp on dishes that didn’t initially contain shrimp for my brother because they discovered that he really loves shrimp. Amazing food, top quality service.

Ship tip

Make friends with the bartenders. Don’t just grab drinks and walk away, sit and chat with them. They’re so fun and the more they know you the more they will go off menu to make you something cool.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

There was still a lot of damage to buildings and streets but the city is beautiful and people are super friendly

St. George's, Grenada

Be aware that the streets are very hilly and uneven. Wasn’t an issue for us but for older cruises or those with mobility issues FYI

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Disembarkation

A little slow, and the options for food/beverage was limited in the morning compared to the rest of the cruise. Not sure how much that can be helped when they are trying to shuffle 2000+ people off a boat.
