Waiter and assistant waiter were EXCELLENT. Kitchen was so slow that dinner took forever and food often cold when waiter received it.

Don't expect much for evening entertainment. Poor quality. Main dining room food service (NOT the excellent wait staff) was way too slow.

Had a lovely time on silhouette. Wait staff in main dining room was excellent. All staff on board except one surly bartender at the martini bar were wonderful. Lovely ship. Just dislike the constant up selling you are bombarded with wherever you went.

I'll agree that main dining room on the Silhouette leaves a lot to be desired. We got around that with dinner in the buffet or a specialty restaurant. The Lawn Club Grill was excellent with a good variety on the menu. If we sail on Silhouette again, we'll plan on more than 1 dinner there.
