Review summary

Beautiful ship, good food, and nice wait staff apart from our cabin housekeeper. Shady management, refusing to accommodate prior promises. Rip off of an art gallery. Would not go back with celebrity.

Totally understand and kind of the reason we choose to do direct book with Celebrity rather than you a big box travel agency. Sorry you had a bad experience

Shady management? The folks who work on the ship are not management and are not responsible for promises made by your travel agent. You enter into a contract not a promise. Whatever you were to receive you should have gotten it in writing.
