Not good, Celebrity did not provid what was indicated in there advertising or what was communicated via RCI rep. on what was included in the Retreat / Suite upgrade.

Embarkation

I upgraded to The Retreat Suite for priorty boarding. Many of the guest rec'd personal attention while embarking; asked to sear down and someone came over to obtain and complete boarding process. My family had to go to the counter as other guest in a lower class cabin.

Again I was expecting Specialty dining as a suite guest. There was 1 so called Specialty restaurant that was available and by day 3 the menu was below standard. I had to purchase meals from the "Specialty Dining " restaurants to get a decent dining experience. The wine that was served in the restaurant selected fr suite guest was drug store wine??? Ordered drinks on day 2 from restaurant and they never came.

Staff was friendly and did there jobs effectively, when asked?? Butler had to be told to bring items that was included in my package for the room???

Ship seemed a bit dated and small. However it was clean.

Only issue was a black ring in toliet, probably fro wear.

Ship tip

Don't make any large purchases on the ship. They say tax and duty free, that would be not true. We were pulled out of line while disembarking, like we were criminals taken to the customs agent and grilled before being told thst a duty was owed. The purchases totalled about $4,500.00. I thought you paid duty when it's $10K or over????

I sailed on the ship the same dates and I didn't expect any special treatment and expect specialty food for free. Maybe an all-inclusive is more your style.
