Cleanliness doesn’t sound like what you usually read about Celebrity, but I wasn’t on your cruise so can’t argue. One thing I can guarantee though is every ship on every line will have free drinking water. Most of them don’t give you bottled water for free if that’s what you meant, but there is definitely water available on tap.
