After missing cruising for nearly three years it was great to get back. Yes the threat of covid is always there but Celebrity and the crew made it very special. The itinerary didn't really matter to us as we'd been to most locations before, it was the cruise we wanted and weren't disappointed.
Embarkation

I think pre embarkation was an anxious period. We are fully vaccinated + booster so had to provide a negative antigen test within 2 days of embarkation. Without it ....no cruise, this was worrying as a positive test meant no cruise.
The actual boarding process was very easy because of the online check in via the Celebrity app.
At the port it took a few moments for passports, vaccination documents and negative antigen certificate checks. And straight on board.
We had booked a sunset balcony cabin, however this area of the ship was the covid quarantine area and we were upgraded to aqua class. No one actually told us this until we were half way up the gangway, when the information changed on the app. I'm not complaining about it though.

As always the food was amazing.
The buffet had an amazing selection differing everyday. Although the Yorkshire puddings weren't good and the beef very chewy on the day I tried them.
The Blu Restaurant was fantastic, the menu choices excellent and service out of this world.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment

The two "proper shows" were very good. We're not fans of different solo type entertainers.
Bar entertainers were OK.
Service and Staff

The service was above and beyond by all staff. We were made to feel special and welcome. I believe the staff were as pleased to be back cruising as we were.

The Reflection is a wonderful ship, spotlessly clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Aqua class cabin on deck 11. Clean and well maintained. The toiletries were excellent and the full body shower was a surprise.
