Review summary

The cruise was a wonderful way to see the beautiful cities of Europe, around the Baltic sea. The transfers to and from the airport were not so good with a lack of information and some extremely rude staff. A shame as this reflected badly on celebrity.

Embarkation

Easy and hassle free embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We couldn't fault the food in the main dining room and room service. The buffet was very good and always well stocked with every type of food you could think of.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Too much selling of expensive, high end products going on but there were lots of activities going on throughout the day

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We saw some very impressive shows in the main theatre and loved the silent disco. The musicians on different lounges were all excellent

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Every single member of staff on our cruise were polite, friendly and professional.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Reflection is a beautiful ship that is immaculately clean. We did wonder why the library was located above the central entertainment area as the noise made it difficult to read.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Lovely stateroom, which was kept immaculately clean at all times.

Ship tip

If you're European or British, take an American plug adapter. We hadn't and only had one socket between us.

Ports of call

Rostock (Berlin), Germany

5 out of 5
Went to Berlin with Cruising Excursions. Great trip with an excellent guide

St. Petersburg, Russian Federation

5 out of 5
A whistle stop tour of St Petersburg left us exhausted but happy. Don't forget your camera!

Tallinn, Estonia

5 out of 5
A gorgeous little town which you can explore on your own. The KGB cells were very sobering.

Stockholm, Sweden

4 out of 5
We got on the hop on hop off bus, which got stuck in Friday rush hour traffic. Taxi drivers are aware of this and will take your eyes out but it's better than missing the ship! The ABBA museum was great fun.

Copenhagen, Denmark

5 out of 5
Copenhagen was a very pretty city and it was easy to get around on the hop on hop off bus.

Did you leave a complaint about the rude staff? I'd lake to know what their response was.
