Review summary

Pleasant cruise. We like the design of the ship, but too many specialty restaurants and the evening before dining entertainment was way too loud. Uncomfortably loud. Not enough seats in lounges before dinner. If you are Elite Class, they did handle the evening free drinks very well.

They substituted good music with volume. Way too loud in the main area on deck 3,...especially before and during dinner at 6:pm. Passengers are gathering for dinner, having a drink and visiting. One can't do that when the volume is so loud that no one can hear or be heard.

Ship tip

Take advantage of their Luggage transfer at the end of your cruise if it is in Florida and from the Caribbean. Your bags are picked up from your stateroom the night before arrival and the next time you see or touch them, they are at your destination airport. Only $25.00 and well worth it.

Book a tour and be patient,....lots of morning traffic. We selected a private tour from TripAdvisor and were very pleased.

We simply got off the ship and booked a bus tour to see the island and visit a beach. Half the price of ship's excursions. Tour was right there at the port.

We booked a Golf Cart experience and drove the island ourselves. What a really fun way to see the island. We booked it online,...not an excursion.

Disembarkation

Ship was very disorganized with the letting of passengers off the ship. Huge lines board. The port was ready for us. It was the ship that failed in organization.
