Review summary
Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our cruise.
Our suite was delightful and our cabin attendant, Imade and our butler, Arun were perfect.
In the main dining room, our table attendants were special. Alex, Riciento and Vincente accommodated us very well. Guest services was very professional and helpful.
We did book another cruise in March of 2018.
On a negative note. We upgraded to Murano's one evening and it was spectacular! On the other hand, we upgraded to Tuscan and were extremely disappointed. Of our party of 12, 5-6 ordered Minestrone soup that was warm to cool. 4 ordered spinach that had to sent back to be heated up. Those who had filet mignons were quite satisfied with the steak. When you are spending $45 pp upgrade, you expect that food should be hot. We paid $45 pp and overall, we should have eaten in the main dining room instead. We will not pay a $45 pp upgrade to eat in Tuscan in the future. It is off our list. When a party of 12 people had so many issues, there is something wrong.
