Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

As the 26 of us gathered at the end of the cruise we decided that the service has definitely declined.  For the amount the trip cost we expected top notch food and beverage service and this was not the case.  It seems that the ship has cut down on the staff and have only a few to serve the many... In the dining room we had the same issues. the quality of the food also seemed not up to par.  However the Specialty restaurant  was excellent.  So good in fact the group of us went twice...  the room stuards were fantastic .  We loved the ship  it was as nice as we remembered. also the Oceanview restaurant was awesome  quality and choices were just great.

Cabin / Stateroom
our room stuard was just terrific went out of his way to help and be available always Cant say enough good thing about him and his helper
