Review summary

Celebrity Cruise line runs like a well oiled machine. Service is great. Staff is well organized and ships appearance is near spotless. When you know your cabin steward, waiter by first name means in our book they are working hard to make your vacation pleasant. We will continue to cruise with Celebrity as we have tried many before and we feel we get the best service with them. Port of Miami is a little more challenging than Port Everglades but overall acceptable. Our itinerary was the Eastern Caribbean with typical winds trying to sway the ship but the Reflection kept us near perfect sailing. Plenty to do with 3 days at sea. Never ever felt cramped as the ship is well laid out. Booked for 2016 can't wait!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Celebrity Select Dining. Reserved dinner times on-line before cruise. Orlino our waiter one word. Professional. Do miss the days of white gloves and table scrapping.

Always cleaning. Pool butlers busy. A couple hour walk and you know the ship layout.

Cabin / Stateroom

Denis our steward did an excellent job. I had a small request of a shoe shine and woosh it was done. Even our balcony railing glass was clean.

Ship tip

For the best of peace and quiet try the Solstice Deck.

Just returned from the Top Chef theme cruise on the Reflection and it was great. If you're looking for a ship with very few children on board, this is the one. That's a major difference between RCL and X.

Thank you for the review. I am booking a cruise and I am trying to decide if I should go with Celebrity Reflection or RCL Oasis of the Seas.
