Memorable

Enjoyed our cruise ship "Reflection"...some exceptional staff; food was very good, high marks for cleanliness.

Boarding took ~45 mins...even though we arrived when the last minute e-mail requested us board at a different time...2pm.  (To clarify...we requested a basic room with an unobstructed balcony and were pre-booked.) All paperwork received stated that we could board the Ship any time after 11:30.

The room was lovely and clean.  The steward and assistant were wonderful.

We paid our balance in full upon booking to guarantee early dining room seating.  We found out after the fact...that we needed to reserve early dining once on board again and one could only reserve 2 days at a time... today and tomorrow only. (Most confusing dining reservation system.)

Other frustrations...

Our room key failed to operate twice...once, when we tried to purchase some photos (were sent down to customer service) and another time just because...no reason was given.  (Come to find out that the credit card registered at check in, was not on file...and they have a $500.00 limit.)

Booked a wonderful ATV excursion thinking it would be $59.95 as advertised on their Daily sheet.  Was charged $119.50 p/p.  Went to customer service for an explanation the morning of.  Received: "We are sorry, typo...we can cxl if you like with no charge to you."  We decided to go...and had an incredible time.  Definitely recommend!

Also booked a catamaran and scuba excursion to St. John. MUST DO...fabulous memories.

The Last 2 nights of entertainment were  incredible.  One was acrobatic wonders and the last night was a magic performance...You leave the theatre wondering: Wow...how did he slice his wife in half? (Nothing like we have seen in the past.)

Disembarkation: We opted for the "Hop On, Hop Off" excursion in Miami.  We disembarked, opting to take our luggage with us.  (Though you have the option of packing the night before and leaving suitcases outside of stateroom by 11PM.)
