This was our first time on Celebrity. We were very impressed. Of course the crew makes the cruise and this crew was impressive. We chose a concierge level which we didn’t really use other than the galley tour which I really enjoyed. I think we would opt for a regular veranda cabin on a subsequent cruise.
Embarkation

Very fast and efficient.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food in the MDR for the most part was excellent. My husband LOVED the French Onion soup! Didn’t go to specialties. Buffet was very spread out which helped with crowd control, but added walking. Drinking package was a good choice.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We did almost all the trivia and evening games. Activities staff were fun and friendly. Enjoyed watching the pool volleyball; especially guests vs officers.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Production shows were very good. Talented cast. Magician amazing, singer excellent, as was cruise director’s show. Band was a bit loud for my taste.
Children's Programs
No children with us.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our waiters, Ralph and Ruth were amazing. They couldn’t do more for us. Anticipated our requests and always with a smile. Room steward Mika was very accommodating. Activities staff Erin, Armondo and Kristine were fun and friendly. Hotel director always around. Cruise director was fun as well. Bartenders happy to explain new drinks. Excellent crew. Crew makes the cruise.
Ship Quality

Nicely laid out. Very clean. Often saw personnel in restrooms.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Size was comfortable. Storage was plentiful. We had more than we needed. Very clean. Location was convenient and very quiet. Only noise we heard was people talking in the hall. Nothing from other cabins.
Left at appropriate time. Bag was easy to find. Taxis waiting at exit. One comment here…very good system with taxis in San Juan both at the airport and pier. A person asked where you were going, how many people and bags. Filled out a slip to give to driver with cost of ride. No surprises.
