Review summary

A fun trip and our first cruise get-a-way since covid-19. Well worth taking this cruise, cruise line and ship. This is our 51 cruise and will probably will take Celebrity Cruises again.

Embarkation

Fast and well organized

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Superb - excellent food - Great service. The pastry chef is worth the trip!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Warm pool & Hot-tube, beautiful theater - well appointed bars - some scheduling problems.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Basic canned cruise fair - singers, dance troupe, great lecturer. Over all what we expected and totally enjoyable.

Children's Programs

no children with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Supper high quality service - only exception was the concierge staff, had far superior on another cruise line. They are not pro-active. Should have save money and gone Balcony class.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
well appointed public rooms, beautifully decorated.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Excellent steward and room service staff. Room - Nothing special - Just a way over price Balcony state room

Ship tip

Do NOT go Concierge Class on Celebrity - unless they get their act together.

Ports of call

San Diego, California

5 out of 5
Hometown port with all the great venues, restaurants and sights.

San Francisco, California

We did the ships Hop-on-off bus, 2day, tour and SF at night tour - all excellent

Catalina Island, California

5 out of 5
Beautiful port - We have been there several times and have taken all the tours so we just walked around and took in the shops.

Ensenada, Mexico

5 out of 5
Very clean port. Missed the local shops because of ships wine tour. First stop was a tourist trap. Poor wines with major serving problems. Second stop - Good wines and interesting wine cellar tour.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
They got you off the ship as promptly as possible
