Review summary

Over all we enjoyed the cruise and it was a pleasant way to kill a few days and relax. We started off in a state room on level 4 and we played Bingo and won an upgrade to a Sky Suit for the last 2 nights which was nice. Only slightly more room but with more amenities than the state rooms. Deck 12 was quiet and nice. The TV Selection was poor and when we attempted to rent a Movie the quality and reception was so bad we asked for a refund and did receive one because we could not view the Movie at all.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The Buffets were Poor and the Dinner choices were average. Dining room was fine and the service was fine over all.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
If you Drank and gambled it was fine. The other activities were slim and None it rained the entire time and was cold. So No outdoor activities except shuffleboard and to many Kids in the indoor Pool to use for me.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
No one went above and beyond for us thats for sure. Interestingly enough we had to ask for Ice when we were moved to the sky Suit but the stateroom attendants where better than the Butler assigned to the Sky Suits in my opinion and more attentive. One would think it ought to be reverse.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The Ship was clean and well maintained

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Bed quality was that of a Motel 6 beds were hard and uncomfortable BUT Lots of pillows. The stateroom was as expected small and we had no real complaints about it other than the Bed comfort. the Sky Suit was nicer with More amenities and the Bed was nicer and softer making the final 2 nights much more comfortable for us. Also the Suit has a Jacussi bath rather than the showe stall in the state rooms.

Ports of call

Nanaimo, British Columbia

1 out of 5
The Historic Old town offers little or no real things to do not interesting at all. The Museum is small and lacking any real interest.

Victoria, British Columbia

I have been to Victoria a number of times and there are always things to do it was very nice.
Don't Miss: Go to the Indian museum it is great
