Review summary

Nice ship. Good food. Celebrity had some surprising misses that you would not expect from them. The shows were the worst I have seen on any ship. Singers were below quality throughout the ship. The pool deck was unkept and not picked up(plates, dishes). Deck 10 bartenders and wait staff appeared unhappy and not motivated. The excursion choices were as poor as on any ship. The ship management appeared unconnected from the guest. However, the ship was nice, food good, room steward very good, public restrooms spotless. The negatives were surprising for Celebrity. They missed on the basics

I didn’t get this miss. Worst shows I have seen on any ship. Very surprising. Poor singers from main theater throughout the ship. No comedian at all

Service and Staff

Surprised by the low grade here. A lot of nice food attendants on deck 10. However the bar staff looked mostly unhappy. Probably need a new manager over this group. In the pool area, glasses and plates were not picked up. There was no urgency. Celebrity has a problem with the bar staff and clean up staff on the deck. Looks like easy problem to fix.

Layout good. Ship was spotless and restrooms very clean throughout. Again only issue was with deck 10 which the bartenders and wait staff appeared unhappy and didn’t clean up
