Review summary

It’s was a great size of ship for a 5 day cruise. We found enough to do to keep us entertained. Age group was 40-55ish. The Golden Girls group was there and were having a blast so it was a good vibe. The casino was small so probably saved us money. Overall, I like Celebrity. Classy but fun.

Great staff and great food. We had lobster, beef Wellington, filet mignon in main dining room. We hit Tuscan Grill the first night- excellent.

Onboard Activities

There were two pools and 4 hot tubs on main pool deck. The solarium had a fancy thelassotherapy pool which was a little less hot than the hot tubs. We had the premium booze package and took full advantage. Martini bar and Rendezvous lounge had the best drinks. Didn’t have to wait long at any of the bars. Fitness centre was fine. I almost fell off the treadmill as it was a bit rocky with high waves. I gave the guy next to me a good laugh anyway.

Entertainment

Stage shows are good on Celebrity and the comedian Greg Funk was funny. House band was really good. I didn’t really like the DJ but mostly because dance music was aimed at twenty somethings. Barf.

Actually amazing. Not in your face but very helpful if needed.

It’s a smaller ship that’s starting to show its age slightly. I believe it’s going in for refit this year. Very clean though.

Our suitcase wheel was ripped off somewhere after leaving our room but we filled out forms and Celebrity should take care of it I’m hoping.
