Good ship, Older crowd. Good food. Overpriced shore excursions at not great ports.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The buffet is good, lots of variety. We were Aqua Class so we mainly ate in Blu, which was wonderful! Qsine was great food but not worth the $45 each uncharge. We ate there when it was offered at $25 each. Only ate in the main dining room twice. food was good but the night we ate at the group table it took 2 hours as opposed to 40 minutes when we dined at a table for 2.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Fitness Center was good.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
We enjoyed most of the shows. Especially the musicals performed by the ship's singers/dancers. The back up musicians for the visiting performers were phenomenal. Very talented to do such a great job with only one practice.
Children's Programs
no kids
Service and Staff

The staff in Blu did a great job as did our stateroom attendant.
Ship Quality

Ship's design/layout was good. I HATE the constant sales pitches for jewelry etc. I wish the commercial spaces had more useful stuff. Large stores for overpriced makeup, perfume, watches, jewelry and clothes and only 6 square feet on one wall for practical things like toiletries and necessities.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our balcony on 9th deck had an overhang which was nice for rainy weather, not great if yo want to see the stars. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower.
Ship tip
Read the daily plan carefully. I always seemed to miss the note about dress up nights.
Light rain for our transit. I found it interesting and it was on my bucket list but my husband was completely enthralled. The Panama Canal expert onboard did a great job narrating our transit.
I found this to be a disappointing port. A 30+ minute shuttle ride drops you off at a modern mall. Stores and look could have been in the US. We didn't do a shore excursion because the price seemed high for what you got. I like ports where you can explore on your own, this one was too difficult.
Took the shuttle into town. Had a Pisco sour :) Then hired a local boat out to the Ballestas Island for $25 each. Well worth the money and bumpy ride. The ship charged $150 each for the tour.
Enjoyed this port more than I expected. Surrounded by desert, this little town is a nice oasis. Walked down the beach then hired a taxi for $20 to take us to the top of the hill. Great views.
